Single-hearted Unity Fully Demonstrated in DPRK in 2016

The invincible single-hearted unity of the leader, the party and the masses has been demonstrated in the DPRK in Juche 105 (2016).

An enlarged joint meeting of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and the Korean People's Army Committee of the WPK took place in February for the first time in the history of the WPK. The joint meeting marked an important occasion in further strengthening the Party into the motherly Party which shares its fate with popular masses and consolidating a harmonious whole between the Party and the people as firm as a rock.

The historic Seventh Congress of the WPK, the Ninth Congress of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, the Seventh Congress of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea and the Sixth Congress of the Democratic Women's Union of Korea were held in success, cementing the organizational and ideological unity in which all people have been united as one.

The Korean people have brought about world-startling miracles one after another this year by dint of the might of the harmonious whole that the Party believes in the people and the people absolutely trust and follow the Party.

Victory in the historic 70-day campaign and the 200-day campaign for making a breakthrough for implementing the five-year strategy for national economic development would be unthinkable apart from the single-hearted unity.

The drive for recovering from flood damage in the northern part of North Hamgyong Province during the 200-day campaign fully demonstrated the revolutionary climate of the Workers' Party of Korea which makes selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people and consolidated the blood ties between the Party and the masses in every way.

The army and people of the DPRK built more than 11,900 dwelling houses, schools, kindergartens and nurseries in cities and counties of the province in a short span of time through the great army-people unity.

All these are attributable to the might of the single-hearted unity of Juche Korea that the army and people are turning out as one to flatten even a mountain and empty a sea true to the call of the Party.
