Results of Housing Constuction in Flood-hit Areas of DPRK

The framework for thousands of flats was completed in Yonsa County, one of the flood-hit areas in northern part of the DPRK, only in tens of days.

Soldier-builders had carried out wall-building and floor concrete tamping ahead of schedule by tapping latent reserves and making a rational use of building equipment and vehicles.

Taking part in the recovery efforts there are also members of the Paektusan Hero Youth Shock Brigade, the 618 Shock Brigade and the South Hwanghae Provincial Waterway Construction Shock Brigade.

The housing construction in the county is now going on at a fast tempo.
