Framework for 140 Flats Finished in Flood-hit Hoeryong City

A rapid progress has been made at the housing construction in Hoeryong City, one of the flood-hit areas in North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK.

Soldier-builders finished the framework for 140 flats on the banks of Hoeryong Stream on October 10 by introducing the advanced building methods.

Many apartment houses are now being built on the banks at a fast tempo.
