Housing Construction Begins in Flood-hit Areas of DPRK

   The housing construction began in the flood-hit areas of North Hamgyong Province, the DPRK, with huge manpower and building machines mobilized.
  Servicepersons and builders from different parts of the country got down to the construction of dwelling houses in flood-hit cities and counties along the Tuman River all at once.
  Meanwhile, the Cabinet, ministries and national institutions are doing their best to supply in time cement, steel and iron, timber and other building materials and food.
  And the Ministry of Electric Power Industry and the North Hamgyong Provincial Transmission Station restored the power grid in the disaster areas and the railway transport sector has considerably raised the daily cargo traffic.
