Social Interest in Industrial Art Grows in DPRK

The social interest in the industrial art is growing in the DPRK.

Last year alone, intellectuals, workers, youths and schoolchildren attended the prize contest of industrial art designs organized by the Central Industrial Design Bureau several times to display their peculiar pieces.

And many people have subscribed to the homepage run by the bureau to see designs for furniture, natural leather goods, household goods and other new goods presented by fans.

Many designs are drawing attention of production units for their high formative art and aesthetic value.

Some people say such admirable designs can be produced only by ardent creative zeal.
