Chronicles of the Feudal Joson Dynasty
They are the most voluminous government diary in the world, which recorded the historical facts of 500 years of the feudal Joson dynasty from July 1392 to August 1910.
It covers the successive kings from the 1st to the 27th king, consisting of 1 763 volumes.
It chronicles almost all things-ranging from political events to the happenings that took place among the people and from social problems to natural phenomena.
The chronicles had been preserved in a library in Seoul after liberation. During the Fatherland Liberation War (1950-1953)
