DPRK Praised by Swiss Organizations

The Swiss Preparatory Committee for Celebrating the 107th Birth Anniversary of President Kim Il Sung, the Swiss Organizing Committee for the International Festival in Praise of the Great Persons of Mt Paektu, the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea made public a joint statement on March 21, the 45th anniversary of the abolishment of the tax system in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

The statement said:

The Law on Abolishing the Tax System was promulgated at the 3rd Session of the 5th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK on March 21, 1974.

This is the expression of the love of President Kim Il Sung for the people, who regarded it as his lifetime motto to believe in the people as in Heaven.

The complete abolishment of the tax system in socialist Korea was supported and admired by the progressive people.

The people in capitalist countries who have been distressed by tax would never think of such a wonderful policy.

The complete abolishment of the tax system served as an event clearly proving that the DPRK is, indeed, the genuine country of the people.
