Chairman Kim Jong Il's Exploits Lauded by Foreign Figures

Events were held in different countries between February 4 and 11 to mark the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

They included lectures in Uganda, Tanzania and Guinea, round-table talks in Ethiopia and a Taekwon-Do demonstration performance in India.

Present there were personages of various units, including the Ugandan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Ugandan National Executive Committee of the Pan-African Movement, the Tanzanian National Coordinating Committee of the Juche Idea Study Groups, the Kim Il Sung Institute of Agricultural Science in Guinea, the Construction Design and Supervisory Complex of Ethiopia, the Water Projects Designing and Supervision Enterprise of Ethiopia and the Indian Association of Taekwon-Do, and masses in those countries.

Speakers at the lectures in Uganda said that General Kim Jong Il of Korea is a great man who made a great contribution to global independence.

The world will always remember the benevolent image of the peerlessly great man who led the struggle for defending socialism to victory and made a ceaseless journey of patriotic devotion.

The director general of the Kim Il Sung Institute of Agricultural Science in Guinea lauded Chairman Kim Jong Il's life as the sacred career during which he mapped out all things in a big way and put them into practice at the fastest tempo and devoted his all to the rosy future of the country and people.

A congratulatory message to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was adopted at the lecture held at the Kim Il Sung Institute of Agricultural Science in Guinea.
