Dancing Party of Officials and Members of Women’s Union Held

A dancing party of women’s union officials and members in the DPRK took place in the Arch of Triumph plaza on March 8 to mark the 113th International Women’s Day.

The dancing party began with the playing of the song “Our Leader Beloved of the People.” Its participants danced in circles, paying the highest tribute to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Felt in each face of those dancing to the tune of “Our Dear Marshal” and other songs were the pride and self-esteem of leading a blessed life under the care of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who puts forward the women as the flowers of the country, life and family and trains them to be a powerful force for socialist construction.

Amid the revving up mood of the dancing party, the participants showed their revolutionary enthusiasm and will to fulfill their duty as women revolutionaries in the struggle for implementing the resolutions of the sixth and seventh plenary meetings of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea while turning one of the two wheels of the revolutionary chariot in the same fighting spirit and traits as were displayed by their predecessors.
