Myohyangsan Mineral Water

The Myohyangsan mineral water is located at the entrance of the sightseeing path to Mt Myohyang by the side of the Hyangsan Stream in Hyangam-ri, Hyangsan County, North Phyongan Province.

The spring of the mineral water is about 1 km up the stream.

The main contents of the water are hydrogen carbonate, calcium, sodium, free carbon dioxide and silica.

As subacid mineral water, it promotes diuresis and metabolism and helps make blood, so it is efficacious in the treatment and prevention of chronic gastritis, chronic pyelocystitis, secondary anemia and obesity.
