A Twice-Visited House

This is the Wisong Scientists Residential District where the scientists of the State Academy of Sciences are living.

There are 24 blocks of multistorey apartment houses, schools, hospital, nursery, kindergarten, public buildings such as different public service amenities and parks.

The ground-breaking ceremony of the residential district was held in March and its inaugural ceremony on October 17, Juche 103(2014).

The respected Kim Jong Un came out to the spot twice.

Whenever he came there, he looked round Flat No. 1 on the first floor at the first entrance of the fifth apartment house.

Calling at the flat on June 19, he carefully looked at it to see how the walls and floors of all rooms had been dressed and how the rooms had been fitted up.

He said the flats should be provided with TV set and added that there is a large TV table in every living room and so he would send LCD TV sets with big screen, which are becoming to the table.

On October 13, he called at the house again and had the TV set he brought with himself installed in the living room. And he said with pleasure: The houses are cozy and convenient for living and have been equipped with a complete set of good-quality furniture and fixtures. If the houses are provided with colour TV set, quilts and utensils, the scientists would be able to live without bringing anything.

Indeed, there was no end in his love for the scientists.
