Participants in 7th National Conference of War Veterans Leave Here

Pyongyang, July 30 (KCNA) -- The participants in the 7th National Conference of War Veterans who spent pleasant days under the warm loving care of the Party Central Committee which puts forward the war veterans as the old forerunners of the revolution and great savior of the destiny and future of the country left here for home on Thursday.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who associates everything dear to our fatherland with the feats of the generation who won the victory in the war added luster to their great heroic spirit and made sure that it is firmly carried forward generation after generation while celebrating the V-Day together with war veterans.

Leading officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Pyongyang citizens warmly sent the war veterans off at Pyongyang International Airport and Pyongyang Railway Station and on streets.

The participants in the conference were full of enthusiasm to fulfill their duty as educators who hand over the tradition of victory and fighting traits in the 1950s to the rising generations, always bearing in mind the great benevolence and noble trust of our Party.
