Army Unit Headquarters Inspected

Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army, inspected the headquarters of KPA Large Combined Unit 380.

He was accompanied by Hwang Pyong So, Choe Ryong Hae and Ri Yong Gil.

He looked round the monument to field guidance of Chairman Kim Jong Il and halls dedicated to education in the revolutionary exploits of President Kim Il Sung and the Chairman and the unit’s history, and highly praised the unit for its past feats in national defence and socialist construction.

After visiting the hall of soldiers, he was briefed on the unit’s defence operation plan and examined combat documents at the military study room. He then made the rounds of several places including the operation lecture room to familiarize himself with the performance of duty, training and regular combat readiness of each unit under the large combined unit.

He specified important tasks which would serve as guidelines in enhancing combat preparedness and capability of the unit. And he posed for a photo with its service personnel.
