DPRK-Russia Agreement on Cooperation
in Field of Electric Power Signed

An agreement on cooperation in the field of electric power between the governments of the DPRK and the Russian Federation was signed in Pyongyang on December 11.

Present at the signing ceremony were Ho Thaek, vice-minister of Electric Power Industry, officials concerned, the delegation of the Ministry of Energy of Russia led by Vice-Minister Anton Inyutsin and Alexander Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK.

The agreement was signed by Ho Thaek and Anton Inyutsin.
