Kim Jong Un, First Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, First Chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army, had a photo session with the participants in the 4th Conference of KPA Artillerymen.
As he arrived at the venue for the photo session, the participants welcomed Kim Jong Un who defends and carries forward the immortal exploits the great leaders Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il performed in building the Juche-oriented artillery force, and ushers in a golden age of building up the artillery service, extending him the greatest honour and gratitude.
Waving back at the participants, Kim Jong Un gave militant greetings to them who have raised the hot wind of training as the anti-Japanese guerrillas did in Mt Paektu and briskly conducted the movement to win the title of Marksmanship with the firm faith that modern war is artillery warfare and the combat preparedness of the People’s Army is up to that of the artillery.
The Supreme Commander congratulated the participants, saying that the conference marks a milestone in bringing about a great revolutionary change in raising the combat preparedness of the artillery by proactively applying the Juche-oriented artillery war tactics, true to the Party’s idea of giving priority to the artillery and as required by modern war.
