Photo Session with Paraders

Kim Jong Un, First Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, First Chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and Supreme Commander of the Korean People’s Army, had a photo session with the participants in the military parade for celebrating the 70th founding anniversary of the WPK.

As he arrived at the photographing venue, service members of the KPA Ground, Naval, Air and Anti-Aircraft Force presented him with bouquets on behalf of the paraders.

He warmly waved in acknowledgment of the cheering participants, extending warm greetings to them.

He warmly congratulated them who have demonstrated to the whole world the inexhaustible strength of Songun Korea which has been built up under the leadership of the Party through the historic military parade held in celebration of the 70th birthday of the WPK.

He highly praised them for having clearly demonstrated to the whole world once again the majestic appearance of the People’s Army which has been brought up as a powerful revolutionary elite army under the leadership of the Party by holding the military parade of Korean style at the highest level in a grand style and unique way unprecedented in world history with burning loyalty to the Party. He then had a photo session with them.

He expressed his expectation and conviction that they, who have demonstrated the invincibility of the glorious WPK by giving precedence to arms and exerting the might of single-hearted unity, would perform with credit their mission and role as a mighty vanguard force and shock brigade that takes the lead in the sacred struggle for defending the country, the revolution and the people, holding aloft the red flag of the WPK as their first and foremost military colors.
