Korean Books Donated to Russia

Korean books were donated to Russia on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the founding of the DPRK.

They include works of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un and books introducing the socio-politics, history and culture of Korea.

A book-donating ceremony took place at the Maritime Territorial National Library Named after Maxim Gorky on September 7.

Present at the ceremony were members of the library and officials of the DPRK mission in Nakhodka.

The curator of the library expressed pleasure upon receiving immortal works of the outstanding leaders of the DPRK on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The books would contribute to the development of friendly relations between the two countries by helping more Russian people know well about the DPRK, the curator said.
